Luxury Vinyl Plank

The workhorse of modern commercial and residential floors. Waterproof, hard-wearing, and convincing wood and stone looks, installed fast and flat.

Overview

The Floor Everyone Is Asking For

Luxury vinyl plank has taken over for good reason. It is waterproof, dent and scratch resistant, warmer underfoot than tile, and it handles the traffic of apartments, offices, and busy homes without complaint. It is the floor we get requested more than any other after tile.

The look is only as good as the prep and the layout. We flatten and clean the substrate, dry-lay the pattern so seams and end joints fall right, and lock in transitions so the floor performs as well as it photographs. Glue-down, floating, and rigid core, whatever the space calls for.

Where It Works

Spaces We Cover

LVP goes almost anywhere, and it earns its keep in the spaces that never slow down.

Multifamily

Unit floors and hallways that turn over fast and take abuse.

Corporate & Office

Open floors, breakrooms, and conference spaces that stay sharp.

Retail

Sales floors that need to look good and survive cart traffic.

Hospitality

Lobbies, rooms, and dining areas with a warm, durable finish.

Healthcare

Clinics and offices where clean-ability and comfort both matter.

Residential

Kitchens, basements, and main floors that live hard.

Why M&P

Why Our LVP Lasts

Vinyl plank looks easy. Doing it so the seams disappear and the floor stays flat is not.

Substrate prep

We flatten and clean before a single plank goes down. That is where LVP jobs are won or lost.

Dry-laid layout

We plan seams, joints, and transitions so the pattern reads right end to end.

Waterproof done right

Proper underlayment and transitions so water stays on top, not under.

Built for GC schedules

Crews that hold the timeline on active sites.
